He stated that the program, executed by both Kerman Motor and Bam Khodro Service and Trade Company, will be available nationwide throughout this period.
“The Nowruz Roadside Assistance Plan by Kerman Motor will cover all provinces and major highways across the country,” Mahmoudi said. “With this comprehensive service network, Kerman Motor customers can travel with confidence during the holidays.”
Customers can request assistance 24/7 by calling the company’s response center at 021-42724 or via the Kerman Motor Assistance mobile application. To ensure prompt service, a special stock of spare parts has been distributed to all dealerships since early March. If a required part is unavailable at a service center, it will be dispatched immediately from the central warehouse.

Mahmoudi also emphasized Kerman Motor’s meticulous planning for the Nowruz holidays, noting that all roadside assistance operations will be carried out using the company’s KMC T8 service vehicles. During the holiday period, all designated Kerman Motor service centers will operate under continuous supervision and inspection by company experts to ensure high service standards.
