Although Arian Diesel and Lamari Truck have participated in the first major automotive event of the year in Shiraz with their familiar and well-known products, their presence at this exhibition marks a notable departure from previous appearances. The key difference lies particularly in their approach to after-sales services.
the two commercial vehicle brands under Arian Pars Motor—Arian Diesel and Lamari Truck (Shacman)—have attended the 22nd Shiraz Auto Show to showcase their latest products and achievements. This move underscores the strategic importance of Fars Province in the country’s transport and freight transit sectors.
This time, Arian Diesel has brought its latest product, the JAC 12-ton truck, into the spotlight. Unveiled late last year, this vehicle was developed and introduced in response to a clear market demand. With its solid technical specifications and strong utility for both urban and intercity transportation, the truck has rapidly gained attention in the market.
In line with this momentum, Arian Diesel has moved forward with developing multiple variants of the JAC 12-ton truck to address diverse market needs. As a result, within just three months of its official debut, the vehicle has been presented in multiple configurations, including curtain-sided, insulated box, flatbed, and refrigerated versions.
Arian Diesel Mobile After-Sales Service
To further enhance customer support, Arian Diesel has also launched a mobile after-sales service workshop. This emergency service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring round-the-clock assistance for customers.
Currently, this new service has been successfully rolled out in five provinces: Razavi Khorasan, Tehran, East Azerbaijan, Yazd, and Fars. The company has announced plans to expand the service soon to other key regions, including Isfahan, Kermanshah, Kerman, and Hormozgan.
