KMC E10X, a Little Car for Iran's Market

Khodrocar - This car, which is known as Sehol E10X in some markets and e-JS1 in some markets, will be named KMC E10X in Iran. This car is not so new and has its roots in JAC older product called iEV6E. In fact, it is a facelift of iEV6E and uses the same platform and technical specifications.

In addition to the electric version, this car also has a gasoline version called Yueyue, which comes with 1-liter and 1.3-liter gasoline engines. The name Sehol, which means sun in Spanish, was chosen because of the focus of this new collection on clean energy, and at the beginning of the launch, the Spanish company SEAT also cooperated with it.

The KMC E10X hatchback is a completely distinctive electric car that has a unique appearance. This car is instantly recognizable as an electric car with its closed grille design and mesh air intake at the bottom. The front polygonal lights are also connected to each other by a plastic strip, giving the car a youthful and fresh face.

In terms of exterior design, KMC E10X combines simplicity with beauty. Black columns, window frame and roof with unique rims give this electric car an attractive look. Designers have tried to give the car a sense of volume and depth with curved lines from the middle of the front door to the back of the rear wheel arch.

Convenience facilities such as electric parking brake, electric steering wheel, four-wheel disc brake system, third brake light, daytime running light, LED headlight technology, headlight height adjustment, shark wing antenna, electric power windows, side mirrors with electric adjustment. Equipped with a heater, rear and front window heaters, push-button start, cruise control, leather steering wheel cover, front row elbow pads, 4 manual front row seats, folding rear row seats and sun visors equipped with mirrors are used in this car.

KMC E10X is an electric city car and as a small hatchback, you should not expect high power from it. This car is equipped with a 45 kW electric motor (approximately 61 hp) along with a 30.2 kWh battery and a single-gear gearbox. This gearbox transfers 150 Nm of torque to the front wheels. Despite the low torque, this car is capable of reaching 80 km/h in 4.6 seconds.

The highest speed of the KMC E10X is about 102 km/h. The 30.2 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery can be fully charged in 6 hours using a standard charging cable. It also supports fast charging and reaches 30% to 80% in 42 minutes. A full charge of the battery is enough to travel 302 km.
