One appointment and two questions/ what should the new Zamyad manager do?

But the interesting thing about these few days of the orange-clad people on the road was Alizadeh's departure after only six months from Zamiyad, and of course, the choice made to replace him was even more interesting.

Just in the days when the rumor of Teymori’s departure gained strength and almost everything was finalized, the then CEO of Saipa made a strange appointment and appointed Mehdi Sadeghi Kashan as the new CEO of Zamiad Company, without even a single day of experience as a CEO. Saipa Automotive Group is the largest commercial manufacturer in the country.

This happened while this very important and strategic company of Saipa Automobile Group has had 3 CEOs in the past year and this appointment can evoke two basic questions in the mind.

First of all, did Teymori make such an appointment and so-called seat sale at the request of the higher authorities in the situation where his departure was decided, so that he would have a blind side to stay at the head of the orange-clad management, or did he do this appointment knowing that he was going to leave? 

Now, Sadeghi Kashan, who until a few months ago was the vice president of Saipa Citroen's supply chain and before that the manager of assembly and retouching salons of Saipa Citroen, has suddenly been appointed as the CEO of a large company, which is a listed company and is considered one of the largest automobile manufacturers of Saipa Group.
