Although in the past years and when the variety of cars in the car market was high, the Chinese were able to open a place for themselves by offering cars at a reasonable price and with a beautiful appearance, but in the future, with the supply of more updated cars, Chinese cars are of low quality and lack of facilities followed the dissatisfaction of the buyers and poor quality was associated with these cars and their share of the market decreased, but still the Chinese did not sit back and did not abandon the Iranian car market and instead tried to increase the quality level of car manufacturing and Upgrading them to the level of global car class to stabilize their position in this market.
The introduction of modern cars from different Chinese brands in Iran and finally the introduction of the most luxurious Chinese car market which was done recently also confirms this.
However, Chinese cars have not been able to convince the consumers and buyers of the car market, and the old thinking persists, and the lack of parts for these cars, along with the not-so-complete after-sales service of these cars, has become an additional reason.
However, the Chinese are still trying to export their products to Iran or assemble these cars inside the country with the cooperation of domestic companies.
What can be seen in this direction is the remarkable success of the Chinese in the global market. At the same time, Iranians do not have a good memory of some Chinese cars that similar cars in the world markets succeed in passing international standards and global tests and occupy a large share of the market of foreign countries. In this situation, the question arises whether the quality of Chinese cars sold in Iran is different from similar cars in the world markets. Do the Chinese consider the Iranian market as a test center to identify the defects of their cars and by offering them in the Iranian market and knowing the possible problems, they send the improved version to the export markets?
For sure, all Chinese car buyers have encountered unusual defects in their cars, defects that can be identified in the final testing stages of the cars, but these cars were delivered to the buyer and caused many problems for him. At the same time, this car has provided a pleasant driving experience for the driver in the global market.
Although it seems that the Chinese do not easily lose heart from the Iranian market, it is necessary for the policymakers to monitor the performance of these companies by applying strict restrictions and to turn Iran from a testing center into an export hub of the region, because the market Iran has shown this ability in recent years.
