Khodrocar - The event, held on September 20, 2025, focused on the development of Total Quality Management (TQM) with an emphasis on customer orientation, organizational participation, and continuous process improvement. Over the years, the National Quality Conference has hosted more than 600 manufacturing and service enterprises nationwide, becoming a reputable platform for presenting innovative approaches to standardization, productivity enhancement, and competitiveness.
Kerman Motor: The Sole Automotive Representative
In this year’s edition, Kerman Motor and Bam Automakers were selected as exemplary organizations in “Leadership and Strategic Management” and were presented with honorary plaques. This recognition underscores Kerman Motor’s ongoing efforts to strengthen quality management and organizational performance.
The conference gathered major national players including Kerman Motor, Bam Automakers, Naft Pars, Gol Gohar, Tak Makaron, Unilever, Pakshoo, Jam Petrochemical, and other leading industrial enterprises. Quality control managers were also commended for their contribution to raising national quality standards.
Conference Highlights
The 8th National Quality Conference not only served as a platform for sharing best practices in Total Quality Management but also promoted the culture of quality and sustainable industrial development. Two specialized panels were held on quality management and process improvement, with participation from CEOs and quality executives of large industrial companies.
Speakers included Member of Parliament Abdolhossein Rooh al-Amini, Dr. Malek Hosseini (Deputy for Entrepreneurship and Employment, Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare), Esmaeil Habibi (Deputy, National Productivity Organization), and Navid Farkhi (Member, Standards Commission, Iran Chamber of Commerce).
At the closing ceremony, appreciation plaques were presented to the representatives of award-winning companies. On behalf of Kerman Motor, Esmat Hosseini-Nejad (Deputy of Quality) received the honor, while Amir Houshang Hosseinzadeh (Deputy of Engineering and Quality, Bam Automakers) accepted the award for his company.
