Khodrocar- The Fourth Technical Skills Competition of Modiran Khodro was held on Friday, 7th of Shahrivar, professionally designed based on international technical contests. The competition was organized in two stages—theoretical and practical—with the goal of enhancing Modiran Khodro’s after-sales service standards.
The initial theoretical test was conducted online in the second week of Khordad, with the participation of more than 200 individuals. From among them, 24 top candidates advanced to the second stage, the in-person written exam. Finally, 8 finalists were selected to compete in the practical stage, where participants were evaluated based on accuracy, mastery, speed, and adherence to safety and technical standards.
The closing ceremony of the Fourth Technical Skills Competition was also held on the same day, attended by the CEO of Modiran Khodro, the CEO of Modiran Khodro After-Sales Service, senior company managers, participants, and judges. During the ceremony, the 8 finalists were recognized, and the top 3 winners were awarded valuable prizes.
Enhancing After-Sales Services Alongside Investment in New Energy Vehicles
Mr. Shen Xiantian, CEO of Modiran Khodro, highlighted at the ceremony that the four-month process of the Fourth Technical Skills Competition was successfully concluded.

Technical Skills Competitions: A Tool for Discovering New Talent
In continuation of the ceremony, Mr. Ahmad Maroufkhaniha, CEO of Modiran Khodro After-Sales Service, praised the performance of participants and organizers, stating:

Special Competition for Modiran Khodro’s Online Audience
It should be noted that alongside the technicians’ competition, a special online contest was also held for followers of Modiran Khodro After-Sales Service’s official Instagram page (mvsco.official). In this activity, a set of technical questions was presented to the audience, allowing them to test their knowledge. At the end, from among those who submitted correct answers, 10 winners were selected by draw and awarded valuable prizes.
