This vehicle is essentially a facelifted version of the S5 and is known globally as the JAC JS5. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). The suspension setup remains unchanged from its predecessor: a multi-link suspension system at the front and a MacPherson strut system at the rear, delivering balanced ride comfort and handling. Fuel consumption is rated at approximately 8.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
