The N120 12-ton JAC truck is powered by a 4.5-liter Cummins engine that produces 210 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque. According to Arian Diesel executives, the truck is 30 percent more powerful and 50 percent more torquey than similar products on the market.

The N120 JAC truck uses an eight-speed automatic transmission from Fast to transfer power and torque to the rear axle. This transmission has the ability to change gear with tiptronic (manual transmission) and a heavy gear is also defined for it. Other features offered for the twelve-ton JAC truck N120 include emergency braking, electric parking brake, auto hold, cruise control, lane-keeping radar and hill-start control system. The lights of this truck are also all-LED with JAC's new generation technology. There is also a 10-inch multimedia with a parking heater and a sleeping space inside this truck.

The most important advantages of the N120 JAC truck include its long 6200 mm chassis, which allows the user to carry semi-light bulky loads. Also, considering the weight of the room and chassis, which is 4350 kg, this truck can carry more than 7.5 tons of cargo. However, considering that the suspension system is designed to carry not very heavy loads, it operates softer on different routes and the possibility of damaging sensitive loads in this truck is less.
