Increasing The Turnover, The Only Solution To Overcome Economic Downturn

Ali Khosravani, Dealerships Director of Auto Khosravani told Khodrocar about their motive for attending the second Tehran Autoshow: "Our motivation is introducing brands, services and product sales plans. He mentioned their plans to overcome this downturn and said: "One of the solutions to overcome this downturn is to create a turnover. If it’s impossible to increase the turnover’s volume, we must try to increase its circulation. Many customers (when they want to buy a new car) go to the company’s headquarters in order to get better services, however, by referring to authorized dealers, while generating more money through injection of capital into a larger staffing network, they can also benefit the special services of that dealership.

Khosravani said about extra services provided by Auto Khosravani and explained: "Beside the company’s guarantee, each car has a "one year of replacement warranty”. In case of occurrence of technical problem within a year, we will replace the broken car with a new one for the customer."

He added: "Every customer can test drive the cars which they want to buy. Also, if the customers’ cars are damaged for any reason during Nowruz, an alternative car will be delivered to them at the place.”

Khosravani emphasized: "This services are in order to respect the people. These extra services can them into loyal and satisfied customers.”

He explained about the special terms of sale in this year’s autoshow: "We have special terms of sale for the customers in this year’s autoshow. By registering their name, they will receive a discount card.
