2nd sales skills competition in Modiran Khodro

Khodrocar - In the third year of its presence in the Iranian car market, Fownix brand held the first Olympiad for measuring the sales experts’ skills. Since the introduction of Fownix brand, Modiran Khodro company has tried, in addition to supply a variety of high-quality products equipped with latest technologies, be different in providing services to customers and create a different experience for them. Holding sales skill competition for dealers’ experts was in order to achieve this goal.

The customers’ experience about Fownix brand starts from the first moment of their presence in the showrooms. The way of welcoming, providing correct technical information and responding questions has directly affects the formation of image of the brand in their minds and the sales experts are extremely important in this regard. Therefore, it is necessary that in addition to continuous training courses and improve sales experts’ knowledge, Sales experts’ skills also be evaluated in an atmosphere similar to what happens in real situation Fownix showrooms.

Experts’ skill assessment was done in two levels. The first level was held online and 95 sales experts from all over the country participated in it. The top 20 sales experts were identified and invited to attend in final level.
The second level was held in two levels on 18th of October. In the first part the skill of experts in introducing products based on Fownix standard was measured in the form of a practical test. Considering the importance of providing customers with the experience of driving Fownix cars and the impact of this issue on their decision, the ability of experts to implement the test drive process was evaluated in a practical way.

Finally, The best sales experts were introduced and received valuable awards:
The first rank: Mr. Ardeshir Eshghi from dealer 366 – Asia Khodro
The second rank: Mr. Mehrdad Saghandiyan from dealer 401 - Sotoodeh
The third rank: Mr. Mehrshad Safa from dealer 442 – Navakhodro Shomal
According to the announcement of top Fownix managers, This competition will be conducted with more sales experts from all over the country and at different levels in the future.
