Kia Pegas and Cerato got the Import licenses/ Standard licenses issued for Koosha Khodro cars

Khodrocar - After extensive media follow-up to remove vehicle importation obstacles, yesterday, a considerable number of permissions have been issued including 2 new Kia Models. Kia Cerato and Kia Pegas 2023 are imported to Iran by Koosha Khodro.

According to this, Koosha Khodro has got the necessary licenses from the national standard organization and they will start to plate these two new model.

"If the standard approval of the car type matches with the imported product, permissions shall be issued within 24 hours and importers will be able to clear their cars from customs.” Islam Panah, head of Iran’s national standard organization.

This issue is actually import facilitation and there is no obstacle from the standard organization to issue importation license.

These two Korean products have been imported with the other Kia products such as Sportage, Seed, and Seltos by Koosha Khodro last year. Now these cars are passing tests to get the necessary permissions to be on the market as soon as possible.
