In the test Chery hoisted an Exeed Exlantix ET electric SUV to a height of 32 meters with a crane and then released the lifting cable with the car falling vertically and the front slamming into the ground.

The Exlantix ET SUV from Chery’s high-end brand Exeed has started mass production today. It will hit the Chinese market in Q1 this year, joining the Exlantix ES sedan. In China, the Exlantix series sells under the Sterra name.
